No, according to this there are 156200000 registered voters. Bidens votes plus Trumps votes divided by the number of registered voters times 100 will give you the percentage turnout. Some states are reporting higher than 100% already , with more votes left.
You miscalculated somehow.
I quite literally took the data table from the link you provided and calculated the total in the totalRegistered column, which came to 213,799,467.
By the way, this is also in line with numbers reported e.g. by Bloomberg.
You are correct! Where the heck did I get 156m? I grabbed the same CSV file from that site yesterday and just did a simple SUM function. I wonder if someone might've updated it since the first time I grabbed it.. I don't know. Looking at 67% turnout now. MUCH more believable. Thank you for pointing out the inaccuracy.
what state?
Nationally. Going by states it gets worse. Theres a story from a local news place in Milwaukee that had one of their districts at 202%.
I just checked, and they "updated" their article with and insane amount of same day voter registrations that is statistically impossible.

What? No, the national turnout -- while historically and improbably high -- is ~70%.
It is some the states that are reporting 90%+ turnout.
