I wrote some python code that checks this URL https://www.legacy.com/obituaries/detroitnews, based on a list of voters in Detroit. Looks extremely suspicious!!!!

~40% of these folks have obituaries!!!!!!

He seems to be 97, close and I don't know how accurate the original data is...just a granular check, you are right it would have to be investigated more closely, but how may Edward Leonard's of that age could there be? It is a common name, so maybe.

For some you find newspaper articles and stuff, correlate the family etc.

A dedicated person(from the campaign?) who also would make calls could easily verify each of them.

THIS IS A VERY GOOD PRE SELECTION!
