If you wanted to introduce a bunch of fake ballots for your guy... and wanted to hide that fact... you would need to throw away a corresponding number of your opponent's ballots (in black garbage bags in the corner, for example?). But that would never happen. Fortunately we have many up close poll watchers making sure, right?.......
