Nothing. This is an inherent problem of the secret ballot.
Without a do-over, neither side will accept the other's claims for office to be legitimate... and since the CDC said it's ok to break quarantine to vote, I guess we don't need mail-in ballots and drop-boxes this time around :)
So if someone does this, in a recount, what's to differnetiate it from a legit ballot?
