Working at the time of this posting. Downloaded the entire file (14,517 names). Picked number 14,468 MURMER (first name) HESTER (last name) 1919 48186 Plugged it in, got a hit on May as birth month. Hester, despite being dead in 2005, is registered to vote in MI.
A search reveals that:
"Murmer W Hester was born on May 13, 1919. Murmer died on October 15, 2005 at 86 years of age. We know that Murmer W Hester had been residing in Westland, Wayne County, Michigan 48186."
The MI website doesn't show a recorded 2020 ballot for Hester. Maybe Hester's ballot is one of the one they are waiting to "find" should they need more.

You can tell if they are registered and if they requested an absentee ballot. The other take is having a lot of dead registered voters inflates the registries so that turnout doesn't look even more insane in these heavily liberal areas.

I subscribe to the theory that they planned to cheat. Ballots were arranged by categories in terms of how obvious it is that they are dead / out of state. You cheat just enough to win. Yes this is a list of registered dead names. It doesn't have their month so they are not verified. If you click on the twitter on the original post, one of the responses also says that. I also just posted the script that will try to guess months.
I’m finding Tb a lot of register voters that died 20-30 years ago. Michigan is sending ballots out unrequested to all registered voters. The fact that people that died 20 years ago are still registered is a issue. I think these are the people they send in ballots for at 4am as needed

I find it highly unlikely that 14,000 people live in that county who are all roughly 100 to 104 years old. That doesn't even make sense. You can't expect any rational person to believe that.
Maybe not, but I pulled names at random and found links to them being alive. Things such as recent obituaries listing them as a survivor, or an actual article about them being 100.
Just try it. What we really need is a very recent Social Security Death index dump, then a bot can easily cross reference.
For example I found one person who is definitely dead that voted in Michigan just by looking up recent obituaries. But, that's not really widespread fraud because they just died a week or so after returning the absentee ballot which was sent out in September.

No, it does not cover ballots cast in person. I'm sure the data exists in election records but it's not made public. Of course the server the data was on probably randomly destroyed itself.
Even if they didn't vote it inflates the denominator # of registered votes that shows turnout. Enough of the crowd sourced cleaning on the rolls in these specific fraud areas (Detroit / Milwaukee / Philly) will expose the fraud.

UPDATE: I stopped being lazy and started guessing the birth month. I got a lot of hits. Almost all the ones I tried were registered but did not request, receive or return a mail in ballot. Only 1 requested a mail in ballot but there was no date of return (I suppose they didn't return it). Also, I did not verify if these were people still alive (they'd be ~100 years old).
TL;DR: lots of registered people but I saw no returned ballots in my sample of about 25.

I thought that was what the “mass mail ballots” was about. Unlike Absentee ballots, people didn’t have to request them, they were sent out to everyone on the voter rolls.

I believe the original list was generated based off of registered voters over the age of 100 (dead AND alive). Anyone on this truncated list which has the "ballot received" status would have to be verified as dead via other means to show a fraudulent vote. The oldest living person in the US is 115 yo, so for anyone on this list born before 1905, you can assume they are dead. There are 3 people that meet that criterion. The remaining would need some investigative work, online obituaries and whatnot.
Well it says they didn’t vote by mail. It doesn’t mean someone didn’t fill out a ballot, scan it and mix it in with the others after seeing their name on the active voter roll list.

Which does not mean she didn't vote. It just means she didn't request an absentee ballot. Lots of other ways for her dead name to have been used to vote.
For instance one such vote was "Harry Whiteley", in which a vote is recoreded and the person is dead. However the ballot was indeed cast prior to their death.

try http://familysearch.org , a free geneology site. You can search by name, location, dob, etc, etc. I been using it to get social security death indexes with hopes to build a program if a michigan foia went through (so I wouldn't have to access their website every 4 seconds for a month-anything faster than 4 seconds could signal a ddoc attack). But it appears someone is way ahead of me in terms of data collection and processing.

Just try it. What we really need is a very recent Social Security Death index dump, then a bot can easily cross reference.

UPDATE: I stopped being lazy and started guessing the birth month. I got a lot of hits. Almost all the ones I tried were registered but did not request, receive or return a mail in ballot. Only 1 requested a mail in ballot but there was no date of return (I suppose they didn't return it). Also, I did not verify if these were people still alive (they'd be ~100 years old).

Big question is whether there's any way to verify whether this one was counted or rejected. Just being accepted doesn't mean counted.
The existence of the ballot being accepted shows voter fraud has taken place.
But if it was rejected, then that would mean the system worked, and this is a false-positive that we don't want to waste time going after.
Then again, if they were going to catch this when counting votes, how did an absentee ballot go out in the first place? Did she sign up for absentee back before 2004? It just looks really, really bad.

I thought that was what the “mass mail ballots” was about. Unlike Absentee ballots, people didn’t have to request them, they were sent out to everyone on the voter rolls.
And just because a lot didn’t send in a mail ballot, doesn’t mean a poll worker didn’t just down the list after they closed the polls and fill out a ballot on behalf of anyone on the list that didn’t vote by mail or in person. They just a names on the rolls to justify the number of ballots. 500 dead people still on the list? Opportunity to fill out 500 ballots for those “people” in the back room. Scan them, mix them in with valid ballots.....how would anyone know?

I believe the original list was generated based off of registered voters over the age of 100 (dead AND alive). Anyone on this truncated list which has the "ballot received" status would have to be verified as dead via other means to show a fraudulent vote. The oldest living person in the US is 115 yo, so for anyone on this list born before 1905, you can assume they are dead. There are 3 people that meet that criterion. The remaining would need some investigative work, online obituaries and whatnot.
As of the last census, 1729 Michigan residents were over 100 years old. I don't know how the number has changed since them, but it likely has increased.
This curated list only has 1362 names on it. That means it's within the realm of possibility that it's legit.

try http://familysearch.org , a free geneology site. You can search by name, location, dob, etc, etc. I been using it to get social security death indexes with hopes to build a program if a michigan foia went through (so I wouldn't have to access their website every 4 seconds for a month-anything faster than 4 seconds could signal a ddoc attack). But it appears someone is way ahead of me in terms of data collection and processing.
