It's just a list of dead people who have been registered to vote during their lives. I just checked 10 of them. None voted this election. OP posted to ask us to check the list to see if any voted.

You didn't check if they had voted. You couldn't find that they had requested an absentee ballot.
I believe it said no absentee ballot had been received. Can’t check now, the list has been taken down. Is it possible to check if they voted?
They are registered. If my random sampling of 7 didn't get any confirmed votes though.
