These names are from obituaries, secondly I doubt a guy born in 1908 is voting in the General Election in the city of Detroit... but I guess his corpse is a very big Biden supporter.

I can't find the original person as my browser crashes when I CTRL+F, but here is one: GENEVA,FISH,1908,49802

Edit: I searched that woman up, her obituary states she died in Kenosha (2006) but was from Upper Michigan. Maybe she also voted twice, as a ghost.

I want this to be as reason as the next guy but these ballots were never cast. I just checked your Geneva Fish (December birthday) and in the bottom of the page "Your clerk has not recorded receiving your AV Application."
