EDIT: Since mods are deleting my other posts on this thread (for some unknown reason), I;; add this here. I looked one up (Irene Drought). They are registered to vote but didn't cast an absentee ballot according to the state website. Either the post title is misleading or MI is hiding the info online now.

No, because the response to each voter request form is different. But they are the easiest to investigate if there comes a legal battle.

I’ll update if I think of some way to archive the response.
