Right but where did the list of registered voters come from? The primary source. I doubt many people over 100 are still alive, surely not 14k in one state.
The point is to divide the work and see how many instances of fraud we can find in this batch. It's a great thing to do. If qe find 0, that would be great. People have found many so far.
