Having the application received and approved and shipped out and received and filled and mailed back and received by the polling station in one day tells me someone in the elections commission did that on the down low.
There are some people... and I have done this... who physically go to City Hall - ask for a Absentee Ballot then and there... cast their vote... and hand the ballot back to City Hall.... it is Absentee Voting without use of the MAIL...
Oddly the year I did this, I got additional Absentee Ballot in the Mail as well. - But you can only return one ballot from one voter account.
Here is something far more problematic -
US votes are compiled by SCYTL - a Spanish company, that uses servers in. Frankfurt Germany... This is where 'vote total's on election night' come from.
they have security.. but not nearly enough - and malware is already in their systems.
I did not download the pastbin data... I no longer have access to that data bin... I think I was just trying to verify she did pass away - and found her name and zip code in a grave finder app.
She did pass away...

AND ...
MORE GOP voters RETURNED Absentee Ballots then Democrats...
with about 20% Absentee requests and returns not party affiliated.
