Andy (Andrew McCarthy) is wrong on the law. In North Carolina, they did NOT prove the fraud changed the outcome. They merely proved fraud occurred. Democrats demanded a revote, and that relief was granted because it is impossible to prove every evidence of fraud. Why shouldn't same standard apply?
