This is what happened, when CA or people from NY leave their beautiful left, blue state because they cannot afford live there, and move to the other states (red) because the live is so cheap and nice. They will still vote for democrats, becasue they can't and won't think, that they just moved out out of another state because of democrats. This is what happened with GA.
