They're saying this is them legally correcting unscannable ballots, and they are under oath.

IDK how true it is, but if it falls under election laws I don't wanna die on this specific hill. We have other fraud to worry about.

I could be wrong though. It could go either way. If they've been correcting ballots for an hour, with no cross referencing, thats obviously BS. ive seen conflicting stories on that video.
