Trump has this whole thing timed out and is playing them like a fiddle. He wanted to either barely win or barely lose in the initial call, I'm not positive which he prefers (there's arguments for both), but either way it drags out the process and causes the Democrats to cheat more and to reveal more things like the PA people filing the lawsuit against observers. I believe the Republicans had the greatest vote tracking machine in history to know exactly the remaining votes for them, possibly were blocking some of the Biden fake voters but just as many as they wanted.
