I doubt they can declare someone President. What they can probably do is force potentially illegal out fraudulent ballots out of the total count and demand a recount. However, is it's important people get off this mindset that if it goes to the supreme court everything is going to go our way. Three judges were appointed by Trump, but that doesn't make them his lapdogs. They will still follow what their personal belief of what the constitution says
