People have been posting videos of Ballot Duplication ( a normal part of the process for military and damaged ballots ) all night long, saying people should hang for it...

This is NOT one of those cases, this looks like straight up fraud. They look too far apart for someone to be dictating the "to be duplicated" ballot to him. Plus he's lookin' around all shifty.

Best part is when the camera operator realizes what’s happening and quickly pans away.
