Once they have mixed in the false ballots in with the good ones and put them all in one basket, how will a manual recount help.
Once you know you have fraudulent ballots, the only option is cancelling all the ballots and having a new election.
Am I correct or am I missing something?
Because they are putting the ballots through without all the info. Therefore when they are seen by a legitimate counter they will be thrown out/disqualified.
