They do this every time there are serious allegations of widespread fraud. They grab some low-level idiot on something seemingly trivial (guy had 800 packages he failed to deliver and 3 were ballots) and blow up the headlines to match (and dilute) what others are claiming.
The media grabs this story to drown out the real complaints, and in the end everyone assumes that USPS fraud was just about 1 postman who forgot to deliver mail with 3 ballots inside. The public will think it's a non-issue and whenever the subject of fraud surfaces, they will point to this story and laugh, falsely claiming that THIS was what we were worried about.
They will use this misdirection to claim fraud was virtually non-existent as the only one punished for anything was this guy. Just like in 2016 where they paraded around a story of 3 people who died after mailing their ballots. They claimed that this was what conservatives were upset about, suggesting this proves "dead voter ballots" is a debunked conspiracy and meaningless because a few ballots couldn't possibly swing an election anyway.
They ignore the entire point of the allegations, which that long-dead and fraudulent voter ballots indicate obvious instances where ballots are being scooped up and sent in by people other than those voting, and for every dead voter ballot who ends up in a harvest, there are likely thousands of legitimate looking ballots which were scooped up, as was the case in Ilhan's district.
Don't let them do this for USPS backdating and ballot harvesting. They are instructing people to keep picking up ballots and deliver them to designated supervisors in key counties to backdate them, and then they are carted in to polling places where the ballots can be counted behind closed doors. Trump ballots are being thrown out somewhere in the chain of custody, whether behind closed doors at the USPS or behind closed doors by ballot counters. We know this because the ballots do not show a natural distribution, violating Benford's law which has been used in fraud investigations as evidence. DOWN VOTE this garbage misdirection from the DOJ.
Downvote this, it is obvious misdirection.
