Ok so maybe this is insane, but here's an idea that popped into mt head the other day.
IN ADDITION TO VOTER ID'S(which really should be the first thing to change ASAP) what if the boxes the ballots go in had a cell phone sized camera built into each side, on the back you have a metal flap locked with key, that opens to a paper to sign in(for workers who move it). You could also just have 24/7 livestreams of the boxes and anyone could sit and watch people come and go to the drop off boxes(or electronic poll booths, all these things could easily be fit onto the booth i used which looked like the lamest arcade cabinet ever) as long as they want.
As soon as some asshole runs up and spray paints a camera or does some sketchy shit around it, you got it on camera no matter what and can get to the bottom of it much quicker.
Just chucking a ballot in the mail though.... Fucking hell they WANTED all the confusion. All they wanted was to change as much as possible so they can point at as many variables to stall as long as possible.
