That is 377 Counties, if we only get 3 Grand Juries empaneled that will have to have an impact of what is going on. Imagine if we get 37, or 100 going.

There are bound to be Ferrari owners' clubs around. Maybe even a Meetup group for it. Many times the websites show pictures of the owners with their cars.
You could locate the state or local area chapter of it and ask around who's a Dem-wit. :-p A license plate would really help narrow it down, but until then maybe the video will show a person resembling someone in a Ferrari club picture.
