There will be a recount, so in a way it will be retroactive.

But there has to be a way to identify and invalidate those specific fraudulent votes. That's the only path to victory I am seeing now.

I just don't know a way to identify fraudulent votes, and I don't know what they are going to count as fraudulent.

Then election needs to be re-done with those kinds of checks in place

I disagree, a recount is all that is needed.

During the recount all ballots that cannot be verified should not be counted.
