Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona are all republican majority state legislatures.

I do not know enough about whether they are neocon or maga, but Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona are all republican majority state legislatures. So thats a good sign.

Nevada is only democrat majority.

It doesn't matter how MAGA they may or may not be, if it actually did come down to state legislatures, they would go Trump, simply based on the fact that they have a better feel for what their population wants, and a more direct consequence for going against it. Which is one of the reasons the Founders listed the state legislatures only in that one part of the Constitution, removing the choice as far away from the federal government as possible.

It's easy for the political parties out here in the DC metro to make decisions based on party lines and swamp desires, but not so easy for state legislatures where the population can burn down your house and carry you around on a log.

its not about how the swing states. Its about a revote using only state legislatures. wondering if we have some cucky states out there

State legislatures pick the electors in this scenario, instead of Secretaries of State doing it. Then each state gets 1 vote in Congress, which determines President. It must be the state's elector pick & it can only be a candidate still in the running, on ballots. Then the US Senate picks VP.

It varies from state to state. But given what I have seen from RINO's so far, that isn't very reassuring.

I will continue to fund the Trump legal team.

Yesterday my contribution was matched 10X.

I gave last night. I am going to do it again.

Otherwise, my lid would have already blown off of my pot.

Don't count on it. It only happened once in history. The demonRats are not too dumb, they will drag it out until final hour and presto, can't be contested without major court powers. Judge Roberts will vote against TRUMP. TRUMP 2020!

From what I understand house members are required to vote their party

No. 1 vote per state. It's the elector's pick & the electors in this scenario are picked by the state legislatures, which are majority Republican. They must pick from Presidential candidates on the ballot & then Senate picks VP.

This picture must have been from 20 years ago.
Recently Bannon looks like he's rotting away.
