I'll try to make it brief and to the point, but this is really a good question.
A Christian believes in something that Jesus calls "the kingdom of God". Its a metaphysical kingdom where each Christian's faith pledges their allegiance to the Jesus Christ. This means that we don't trust in laws and regulations, we don't have faith that earthly leaders will save us or earthly principles can save us.
With all that being said we believe that when humans align themselves with the kingdom of God good things happen in a civic sense. Many people attempt to put the cart before the horse and say "we'll make the government Christian"... a true follower of Christ would realize though that when you align your life with Christ all things are perfected... as he said "I am the way, the truth and the life".
I just wanted to point that out first. God designed us and we are made in his image. Just as he is a three part being... we being made in his image are too. Because of this he knows that we have physical needs.... and part of that is having systems of government, commerce, etc.
A lot of misinformed or evil people say a lot about the bible, but I doubt many of them have really read it that much. Its a very detailed account of God's relationship with man from his creation to God's redemption of man through himself in human form and then onward.
If you read the Old Testament and how God dealt with bringing Israel out of Egypt, getting them through the wilderness in one piece and basically handing them a physical kingdom on a silver platter (that belonged to another group of people) you'll learn a lot about what God things about government.
God seems to want people to turn to him FIRST and then organize their governments and civic affairs SECOND.

In Jesus's time the Jews missed the entire point of who Jesus was. They wanted a revolutionary to lead them against Rome and overthrew it. When the religious leaders of the time took Jesus to Pilate (a Roman official) to sentence him to death, the Romans had a special law that allowed them to free a prisoner... the religious leaders chose the murdering insurrectionist Barabbas instead of the innocent spiritual leader Jesus Christ.
Another thing that many people don't like is that God has truly granted a rebellious force... Satan power of this world. Once again the bible alludes to this many, many times. Its discussed in the beginning, its discussed in Job and Jesus was even tempted by him as he offered Jesus worldly power. That doesn't mean all earthly institutions are evil. Everything on Earth was created by God... its just the rebellious nature and the accusing nature of Satan can pervert God's creations. Its all about alignment, faith and action. As you live your life do you have faith in God, do you alignment with his design and purpose and do you act as a natural reaction to your faith?
Anyway I know I'm rambling. God cares intensely how we organize our governments and he is constantly attempting to discipline us. Once you become a part of the kingdom of God this becomes more and more apparent. You also become more and more aware of how this vast spiritual condition of mankind operates.
Also keep in mind that the principles of the world, or the kingdoms of man continually sour what many think are spiritual institutions. Many Churches are filled with people who following earthly rules, regulations and rituals. None of these have any power to change you. Just like manmade civil laws don't keep criminals from committing crime, religious rules don't either. The apostle Paul talks A LOT about this.
Being a Christian is all about grace, love and faith... that's what adds you to God's kingdom and all knowledge and action comes after that.

People like Ben Franklin spent many years at Court in London, and were very familiar with how much work it takes to keep a globe-spanning size country running, even scaled back by giving most of the power back to the Individuals and States. To be fair, I have no idea what the ballot processing stream looks like. Maybe key people could intercept it at key points and accomplish this, and it would only have to be done in key states (in my state (WV) we use electronic voting machines with paper tape backups in my county, so there are no ballots to mark)
There would have to be some incredible coordination and infiltration for this to have occurred and it's going to have to be unassailable for the courts to accept it. If even a few regular citizens got non-marked votes and voted legitimately, the whole thing falls apart.
I'll admit I don't understand the technology here. It has to be more sophisticated than just a standard water mark I suspect.

I'll try to make it brief and to the point, but this is really a good question.
A Christian believes in something that Jesus calls "the kingdom of God". Its a metaphysical kingdom where each Christian's faith pledges their allegiance to the Jesus Christ. This means that we don't trust in laws and regulations, we don't have faith that earthly leaders will save us or earthly principles can save us.
With all that being said we believe that when humans align themselves with the kingdom of God good things happen in a civic sense. Many people attempt to put the cart before the horse and say "we'll make the government Christian"... a true follower of Christ would realize though that when you align your life with Christ all things are perfected... as he said "I am the way, the truth and the life".
I just wanted to point that out first. God designed us and we are made in his image. Just as he is a three part being... we being made in his image are too. Because of this he knows that we have physical needs.... and part of that is having systems of government, commerce, etc.
A lot of misinformed or evil people say a lot about the bible, but I doubt many of them have really read it that much. Its a very detailed account of God's relationship with man from his creation to God's redemption of man through himself in human form and then onward.
If you read the Old Testament and how God dealt with bringing Israel out of Egypt, getting them through the wilderness in one piece and basically handing them a physical kingdom on a silver platter (that belonged to another group of people) you'll learn a lot about what God things about government.

When the religious leaders of the time took Jesus to Pilate (a Roman official) to sentence him to death, the Romans had a special law that allowed them to free a prisoner... the religious leaders chose the murdering insurrectionist Barabbas instead of the innocent spiritual leader Jesus Christ.
Another thing that many people don't like is that God has truly granted a rebellious force... Satan power of this world. Once again the bible alludes to this many, many times. Its discussed in the beginning, its discussed in Job and Jesus was even tempted by him as he offered Jesus worldly power. That doesn't mean all earthly institutions are evil. Everything on Earth was created by God... its just the rebellious nature and the accusing nature of Satan can pervert God's creations. Its all about alignment, faith and action. As you live your life do you have faith in God, do you alignment with his design and purpose and do you act as a natural reaction to your faith?
Anyway I know I'm rambling. God cares intensely how we organize our governments and he is constantly attempting to discipline us. Once you become a part of the kingdom of God this becomes more and more apparent. You also become more and more aware of how this vast spiritual condition of mankind operates.
Also keep in mind that the principles of the world, or the kingdoms of man continually sour what many think are spiritual institutions. Many Churches are filled with people who following earthly rules, regulations and rituals. None of these have any power to change you. Just like manmade civil laws don't keep criminals from committing crime, religious rules don't either. The apostle Paul talks A LOT about this.
Being a Christian is all about grace, love and faith... that's what adds you to God's kingdom and all knowledge and action comes after that.

To be fair, I have no idea what the ballot processing stream looks like. Maybe key people could intercept it at key points and accomplish this, and it would only have to be done in key states (in my state (WV) we use electronic voting machines with paper tape backups in my county, so there are no ballots to mark)
There would have to be some incredible coordination and infiltration for this to have occurred and it's going to have to be unassailable for the courts to accept it. If even a few regular citizens got non-marked votes and voted legitimately, the whole thing falls apart.
I'll admit I don't understand the technology here. It has to be more sophisticated than just a standard water mark I suspect.

State legislatures in the midwest states all say poll watchers of both parties must be present.
