The previous attorneys here are 100% right. Judge Savage will absolutely make your life a living hell. Good luck trying to get anything done. He is absolutely a bully, and I agree with one of the previous people here - settle if you draw him, regardless of what side you are on. He is a loose canon, unpredictable, and an absolute disgrace to the federal bench. A political appointee plain and simple. He has no regard for the intricacy of any type of litigation. He has absolutely no judicial temperament whatsoever.
