SCOTUS is being misinterpreted. The Justices who've had to take up some of these issues said at the time that there is no standing and no public issue. But they also said that it looks to be unconstitutional if it's brought to their attention when it becomes a public issue.
This is a good thing. SCOTUS stays out until it needs to come in and they've signaled where they stand. It's why Trump's position is solid.
We have a majority of textualists. Let's see what happens when they're presented with the fact that the Democrats disregarded the text of the law AND it's now a public controversy. They've already signaled how they'll respond and that's why the "only legal votes" argument makes sense.
Once all the fraud is exposed this will be over. Millions of ballots will be invalidated and disregarded.
