I believe only Wisconsin is confirmed to be a recount. But it is likely many others will follow such as Michigan, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.
Fun fact, I read that there were several states in 2016 where Hilary Clinton was in the recount range, but they didn't request one. Gee, I wonder why?
I'm curious if there is a way to just add numbers without even having ballots. That would explain why a cheater wouldn't want a recount. Didn't someone claim a 115,000 jump earlier and it was supposed to be 15,000?
