Dr. Steve Pieczenick drops a huge bombshell exclusively on The War Room. Dr. Pieczenick claims that election ballots across America have been watermarked and the Democrats will be exposed when they attempt to cheat!

Maybe sebastian is right about states running their own ballots.... cisa.gov website specifically says mail in ballots have the mark not the in person ballots. CISA was created by Trump in 2018. Mail in ballots are the target here it's how they are mainly running the fraud

Plausible but sounds too much like hope-porn. Until we see the Trump campaign or a fed walk into a polling place and picking up a ballot to say "see, its fake and gay" I don't have my hopes up.

All laser printers CAN have water markings if/when enabled. All of the official printers are supposed to be registered. It is technically called a Machine Identification Code. Every Ballot printed can be tracked back to every registered printer. All of the machines, including the touch screen interfaces are supposed to be highly monitored and tracked -- though there have been shenanigans in the past on this --. case in point: https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/philadelphia-reporter-walks-into-unlocked-voting-machine-storage-center-while-investigating-stolen-election-gear/ar-BB19CvoG

This does not in any way stop someone from pretending to be someone else (who is dead) and voting on their behalf. It is an official ballot from an official printer. The ballots cast by dead people will have to be individually scrutinized. This can be figured out other ways.

It doesn't prevent someone from printing out thousands of fraudulent ballots on an official printer. It is supposed to stop people from printing out their own ballots on their own printers. To do this fraud so blatantly is abundantly easy as we're clearly witnessing. All you have to do is take one of the printers that are registered in the database via theft and begin printing ballots and return it before it is noticed as being stolen. Easy to do. Alternatively in the middle of the night when the observers are gone you can have the official registered printers print out stacks of ballots all night long. MIC doesn't prevent any of this kind of fraud.

The guy in the video is full of it.

A dozen FBI agents couldn't figure out how a garage door operates. They couldn't be bothered to analyze a laptop full of kiddy porn and they didn't have the intelligence to stop Epstein from "killing" himself. The I in FBI stands for Incompetence.

Unfortunately, this falls squarely in the FBI's scope of operations: https://www.fbi.gov/scams-and-safety/common-scams-and-crimes/election-crimes-and-security [video says DHS, CISA, etc do have some level of involvement, but it doesn't mean much since it will all be filtered through FBI before it is seen by anyone else]

The FBI answers to very few people which is part of the problem. Initially this was done to combat organized crime where many members of Congress were directly answering to different organized crime syndicates such as the Italian Mob. This also consolidated a lot of power because Hoover was a paranoid schizophrenic (with good reason at the time) who legit trusted nobody. Hoover was a psycho, but he was our psycho -- Generation Kill. He was a patriot and fought for the American people. His intentions were good but they paved a path to perdition as we are seeing.

So, who polices the FBI? Nobody does. They're "monitored" by: https://www.fbi.gov/about/faqs/who-monitors-or-oversees-the-fbi

That is Barr and Ratcliffe.

The security of the election directly falls in FBI jurisdiction for investigation. They should be reporting their intel to Ratcliffe who then should be presenting it to Barr for court. The Director (Wray) is supposed to be making sure the FBI isn't breaking protocol or permitting agents to go rogue and do investigations or gather intelligence that isn't within the scope of their operations.

If Pieczenick is lying for attention, he needs to get the attention of a fist in his face. I don’t care how old he is.

They are both right actually.

From CISA:

"in January 2017, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) designated the infrastructure used to administer the Nation’s elections as critical infrastructure. This designation recognizes that the United States’ election infrastructure is of such vital importance to the American way of life that its incapacitation or destruction would have a devastating effect on the country." https://www.cisa.gov/election-security

And they work for the department of Homeland Security https://www.cisa.gov/christopher-c-krebs

According to someone in Twitter (I have no idea of where to find this regulations):

"

Article 2, Section 1, paragraph 2, provides that:

“Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors ...”

So the electoral processes for Presidential elections appear to be wholly within a State’s jurisdiction.

"

So I would say that is entirely possible that each State print their ballots, and CISA supervise everything. I have no idea how CISA will pull that out without alerting the people printing the ballots first though.

I'll admit I don't know much about Dr Steve but Gorka has always rubbed me the wrong way and I can't put my finger on it.

Besides, Steve didn't break the info about watermarks, it was discovered last night by a user on here. As far as I'm concerned, nothing's been debunked.

Gorka seemed nice until I saw him at the RNC and he sounded like a corrupt fool and didn't seem to be able to understand how he was talking crazy.
