They are both right actually.

From CISA:

"in January 2017, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) designated the infrastructure used to administer the Nation’s elections as critical infrastructure. This designation recognizes that the United States’ election infrastructure is of such vital importance to the American way of life that its incapacitation or destruction would have a devastating effect on the country." https://www.cisa.gov/election-security

And they work for the department of Homeland Security https://www.cisa.gov/christopher-c-krebs

According to someone in Twitter (I have no idea of where to find this regulations):

"

Article 2, Section 1, paragraph 2, provides that:

“Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors ...”

So the electoral processes for Presidential elections appear to be wholly within a State’s jurisdiction.

"

So I would say that is entirely possible that each State print their ballots, and CISA supervise everything. I have no idea how CISA will pull that out without alerting the people printing the ballots first though.

I'll admit I don't know much about Dr Steve but Gorka has always rubbed me the wrong way and I can't put my finger on it.

Besides, Steve didn't break the info about watermarks, it was discovered last night by a user on here. As far as I'm concerned, nothing's been debunked.

Gorka seemed nice until I saw him at the RNC and he sounded like a corrupt fool and didn't seem to be able to understand how he was talking crazy.
