Trust the plan(tm). If the watermark did exist, it wouldn't work the way people think it would. It would just be a security measure to ensure the ballot is real--but the Dems have been doing ballot harvesting and mass mailing unsolicited ballots--they'll all have watermarks. Sucks, but it is a dead end.
