Sadly you cannot really prove fraud, yes you can find some isolated cases but that just isn't enough to invalidate the election, the only way to stop fraud is before it's done, after you're fucked.
In Venezuela we actually managed to stop the fraud once and got a supermajority in Congress, which of course didn't matter because after a long delay in installing the newly elected congress, they just made up a parallel congress that eventually supplanted the elected one.

Honestly it's much worse than you think, in Venezuela it reached a point where most of the population that opposed the government got involved in protest, men, women, teenagers, everyone was willing to risk their life and hundred and eventually thousands were killed and people still kept risking their life.
You know what was what actually most people didn't want to do, the only thing that works, killing the enemy, very few of us in the opposition were willing to do it, so we were always stopped by our own side who insisted you could achieve things pacifically even though the government was willing to kill as many as was necessary to remain in power.
Eventually I got tired of our own side always sabotaging itself and left because I knew nothing would ever be accomplished, and they continued for years and years and the chavista government only got stronger and stronger.

For example, once crossing the border from Venezuela to Colombia, completely legal through the public normal checkpoint that thousands went everyday. So you take a bus to the border then go on foot cross the border and then get another bus in Colombia to reach your destination.
But a fucking Venezuelan National Guard stopped me and took me to one of their rooms, of course they didn't find anything on me to detain me except American dollars, which was a bullshit excuse because you could have up to $10.000 by law, but he didn't care. Basically what he was doing was delaying me so I would be at risk of losing my flight, so I had to bribe him for him to let me go.

The fraud is being documented and there are many many lawsuits that will be going through the courts. They'll be at all levels, likely ending up at SCOTUS if the State/local courts are compromised. This is why the appointment of ACB was crucial. The courts are an important layer of defense, which can fail if the courts are compromised. Finally, it's the states that cast the EVs. If they go to Biden in the face of glaring election fraud passing through compromised courts. That's when you go to options such as the 2nd amendment.
We'll see, it is true that you have many more layers of protection that we did.
