and honestly they're gonna get away with stealing the election, you can be 100% that the courts even the Supreme Court is going to side against POTUS, it's just too easy for the left for flip the judges needed, intimidation, violence, etc. They control the media completely so they can destroy the life of any judge that doesn't go with their plans and are the only side disposed to use violence to reach their goals, "by any means necessary".
Sadly you cannot really prove fraud, yes you can find some isolated cases but that just isn't enough to invalidate the election, the only way to stop fraud is before it's done, after you're fucked.
In Venezuela we actually managed to stop the fraud once and got a supermajority in Congress, which of course didn't matter because after a long delay in installing the newly elected congress, they just made up a parallel congress that eventually supplanted the elected one.
You simply cannot deal with the left democratically, they cheat, steal, change the rules constantly to suit them, threaten people when they have too, play the victims when it's convenient, negotiate only to delay and gain a better position and then go back on the deal. It's just impossible to deal with people like this.
Venezuelan also doesn't have their own 2A or Insurrection Act. They are stealing this race while GEOTUS is still in office. If they succeeded in stealing it in 2016 then I would I agree with you. But it's a different animal when he's still in office.
We don't have the 2A but we do have/had the 350 which it's very similarly to the Insurrection Act, but honestly I just don't see how 2A would make any difference, it haven't mean anything until now, so why would it matter when they gain even more power.
