Seen a LOT of posts about this. First thing to note is that the CISA page cited says SOME states use watermarks.
Ballots are printed by individual states. In my state, I watched my ballot get printed up. It was NOT printed by DHS.
The watermark is to deter someone creating false ballots which is not really the charge. The charge is that valid ballots were printed up for inelligible voters or non-existent voters, and cast in the night, or that numbers were flubbed when inputting the data.
I think this watermark thing is a dead end...likely one created by the left. And when it's disproven, the left will claim all votes valid.

I agree, it seems like a psyop that they'll point to and try to use to invalidate any allegations of voter fraud in the publics mind. Also used to try to keep us from standing up for Trump thinking he's got this. I hope I'm wrong, but either way, we need to be out there for Trump. Uncovering fraud, rallying for him and praying for our country.
Yeah, they printed by ballot right in front of my when I checked in at the polling place.
However, they could give the polling places a special kind of paper? I have no idea.

Do you have something more solid than a video to support that?
What government document can you point to to say that states that sent out mail in ballots were sent by DHS?
And why did Grennell raise the issue that many California ballots were being sent to people who don't live at their addresses anymore?
I need more than "some guy says so" on video.
And I hope you get it and that this works out. It would be a pretty shitty sting operation if any citizen who looked could find clear and definitive evidence of it.
The fraud happened weeks earlier with ballot harvesting and identity fraud.
