We're law and order people. If there's the chance to solve this in the courts, of course we'll stand back and stand by.
Also, there's this mythical believe that Trump can do everything by himself. Simply because we so often thought: 'okay, now they got him' and he came out on top every single time. It has made us irrationally sure that daddy Trump will sort it out, which is naive.
We must hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.
Collective action doesn't come naturally to independent minded people, either. Freedom loving, rugged individualists and thinkers can be like herding cats to get focused, but we are getting there.
