What likely happened is that when they were paying people to forge/harvest/print ballots, they were only paid to fill it in for Joe Biden, and weren’t being paid much. They instantly doubled the rate they could make ballots by only voting for Biden in them and nothing else, and weren’t being paid enough to care otherwise. Exactly what you’d expect from shit like that. If they were 100K organic votes, they’d have voted for other things, including democrat senators and congress folks.
