Not one word on that page about watermarks, ballots, much less about DHS providing paper for ballots to be printed on.

I posted the wrong link. Corrected now. Look at page 9. It talks a lot about CISA, doesn’t it? It establishes in the paper I posted earlier that CISA is an important part of securing the elections. DHS and CISA are working together. Here’s CISA talking about watermarked mail-in ballots.

At least I have information to support my claims. Idk how you think the links I posted are irrelevant since they are from DHS, CISA, and the US Patent Office. I must have made these links up myself.
