I work with disabled adults. When we are trying to change a particularly bad behavior, it always gets much much worse before it gets better.

This is their last gasp.

Keep your head high and hold the line!

I hope to God you're right. Experience tells me cheaters prosper more than they are punished though. And in either case, the waters get so muddy nothing changes.
