Well, they thought Biden would win in a landslide, but when that didn't happen, the plan B kicked in.
No, they honestly didn't. They wargamed this all out months ago because they knew there was no chance of Biden winning in their fake poll landslide. That was just suppression to try to keep the fraud scale needed low.
