I work with disabled adults. When we are trying to change a particularly bad behavior, it always gets much much worse before it gets better.

This is their last gasp.

one guy I know was offered 16 bucks to vote from the lady who gives him food stamps in winston salem. his reaction? 'hell no I aint gonna vote'. His reasoning? Because it was not enough...

Some people are cheap. Some know if they flip it better be worth their while.
