I work with disabled adults. When we are trying to change a particularly bad behavior, it always gets much much worse before it gets better.

This is their last gasp.

The NSA works for them. Look at the voting numbers in DC and surrounding suburbs. Not to mention the Russia hoax that dragged on for 3+ years despite the NSA and everyone with a brain knowing it was complete horseshit. Trump is a winner and maybe he can pull this out somehow, but expecting the NSA or any other part of DC to help him is wishful thinking at best.
