The Senate, on the other hand, was much closer in states where presidential fraud existed (MI, GA, AZ) but not insignificant electoral votes like Maine.
Entire states vote on Senators, though. There's no way someone in Detroit voting for Biden would not vote in the Senate race between Republican John James and Democrat Gary Peters.
Yeah, that's the point. If they're forging ballots in deep blue precincts, like Detroit, the only candidate they could vote for other than Biden is Peters. Why bother filling in an uncontested local/house race? Some might only have done Biden, most others likely voted in the Senate election as well.
Democrats did better in the Senate for this reason, and got obliterated in the House. The party that wins the popular vote should do well in the House. The opposite happened.
When you vote for President, you're also voting for lower offices as well, on same ballot.

When you need to fill out 150k ballots, you just do the president and keep it moving. They probably wish they could have used sharpies.
