What does the U.S. Constitution say in all of this? What I'm wondering is, is there a possibility for all unsolicited ballots to get thrown out by the Supreme Court? To me it feels like these unsolicited ballots are not "verifiable". Isn't that part of the constitutional law?
It depends on how the laws are read and interpreted by each member. Remembered a constitutionalist reads the constitution as is and will not deviate from it, whereas someone else may interpret the way they think it would apply if it was implemented today
