Normally you are absolutely correct, not a single court wants to overturn an election. But there’s a reason states are voluntary saying they’ll recount, and PA’s state legislature said no vote after the 3rd counts, they counted anyway. That’s blatant fraud.

But to build a case, look at Gore v. Bush 2000, that wasn’t instantaneous. And we’re talking 6 states (NV, AZ, GA, PA, MI, WI) that will need to be litigated. I think GA and PA are a lock (GA volunteering a recount and PA not abiding by a court). Just those two being litigated into audits and/or recounts will make litigating other states easier. Once you prove fraud one state, it’s a domino effect.

We also will lose a lot of these cases, bringing them to fed and Supreme Court, which Trump historically packed. Only takes 3 at the SCOTUS to hear a case, Kavanaugh and ACB are locks on that.

You put fraud on Twitter, that’s political theatre that’ll be censured faster than an anti mask post. MSM has to cover the court cases which wins public opinion (if it already isn’t won).

You also have potential of DHS blockchain audits, which Biden will be in jail by the time that’s over.
