Let's say it is true, ballots were watermarked. They probably just took the extra watermark ballots and used those. Watch the video in PA where they're "fixing" ballots. You just need the ballot and official stamp to certify and that makes it indistinguishable from an honest ballot. Maybe they found out about the watermark. The paper size not fitting in the machine was cover for getting them transcribed onto watermarked ballots?

Not so, because it's more than just a watermark. It is marked and encrypted, on the blockchain. Which means everything about the ballot can be tracked. When it was sent, who/where it was sent by, what PO it was scanned at, where it was delivered, and if filled out, when it was sent back out, where/what time and what PO it went through, etc.

So, any of these ballots that are watermarked, and show no movement on the distributed ledger on the blockchain, are invalidated. They were never sent to anyone, filled out, and returned; but instead, were empty ballots never sent/returned, but instead, filled out fraudulently, and it'll be as easy to track as any purchase and transaction of something like bitcoin.

This is all assuming this is, in fact, true. I read somewhere that DHS has already identified 14 million of these watermarked ballots that were never registered on the blockchain and are fraudulent. Forget where I saw it but I'll try and find the source. Not proof, but again, if this watermark/blockchain rumor is true, it absolutely will be able to distinguish between legit and fraudulent ballots
