I am the OP of the analysis that I posted two nights ago in regards to the hidden watermark. I am 100% positive that these dots were applied as a security measure of some sort. The back and front of each page has different designs from one another, i.e., page 1 front/back. However, page 1 pattern aligns perfectly with page 5. Page 3 has its own arrangement of dot patterns as well.
I read that entire thread about a day ago. I have no doubt there is some security measure protecting official ballots. Unfortunately, the major fraud seems to be using real ballots (complete with any included security measure) fraudulently filled out by someone other than the voter.
Sure, this may help expose the dead and duplicate vote, but Is there any way this watermark exposes the main fraud? Seems like the watermark would just verify that it's a "valid" ballot and you're stuck verifying signatures and postmarks.

The dots are supposedly a code. It has been speculated that it can tie a ballot to a specific county where it was supposed to be used.
