What I was thinking is specific to two issues. Dead people voting in the elections and counties posting more votes than people (though other similar issues such as out of state voters etc could be additions).

Neither of these things potentially is particularly difficult (dependant on accessibility to data to cross-check) but both require a lot of dedication and man hours.

What I am considering is if a crowdfunding could be done to employ a team of outsourced workers from the Philippines to do this. They would have a VERY low daily rate of income require for them to work on it for an 8 hour day. A team of 20 working on this project for 3 (weeks Monday to Friday) and updating you results daily would probably mean 2400 man hours of research in 3 weeks for around $6000USD.

The expectation would not be for any one person to chip in $6000 but if it was crowdfunded then 600 people chipping in $10 each could do this.

Upwork.com is a good option especially in respect to organising a team but likewise Online Jobs Philippines http://store.onlinejobs.ph/?aid=89484 is cheaper on average but you would need to hire each person individually. There are others like Freelancer I have heard of but had no experience with.

So just an idea all, for what it is worth. I think this would give a good flow of relevant and regular data in volume that could steadily build up as pressure mounts to concede and could be feed in generous and regular installments to whomever you thought needed it.
