Counties of higher population to watch in particular:
Mecklenburg: Most populous country, big mostly blue city, etc
Wake/guilford/forsyth: same as above
Durham: Several hundred thousand people, 85-90% democrat, little to no republican influence
Orange: same as durham but with less people
New Hanover: about 100,000 people, the only county in NC to flip blue from 2016 (by over 5 percent), which makes it a good one to check for dead people's votes.
Buncombe: Has Asheville which is a wreak, homeless+leftists, anything could happen here.
Cumberland: Has Fayetteville, more conservative but still worth a check.

I looked at the website https://vt.ncsbe.gov/RegLkup/ to check my vote and neither mine, my wife's, and several friends who all voted Trump have our votes counted.
You should call the local board of elections. Don't take it sitting down.
Check again once per day until this mess is over.
