this is a study from September.

In 2018, the Supreme Court upheld a voter-roll cleanup program that resulted from a Judicial Watch settlement of a federal lawsuit with Ohio. California settled a NVRA lawsuit with Judicial Watch and last year

and there were cleanup efforts afterward. so a non-factor right now. (as far as proving fraud)

In September 2020, Judicial Watch sued Illinois for refusing to disclose voter roll data in violation of Federal law.

Bigger news is this: they filed lawsuit yesterday again:
