I saw him excusing very suspicious voting anomalies, like key counties that Biden needs having 100k+ ballots come in late that are just voting for Biden and blank down-ticket (while similar anomalies are not occurring in nearby, less important counties) as 'people just hate Trump.' I don't think he's that dumb, so must conclude he's being dishonest.
