It’s true on a nationwide scale, however in the video that Steve guy says that only some select swing states were targeted. Those wherein the mail-in politics seemed fishy

My thought is if it's true it's true. There's no reason to obsess about it.

The larger point is that WE DON'T NEED such a thing. There is ALREADY Mount Everest worth of evidence without it.

The only thing that this article doesn't address (and that I am trying to figure out) is that supposedly the ballots must be printed on cardstock that is made to certain specifications.

The printers don't make the paper. Who makes the paper, and is it possible that the manufacturer implemented the watermark?
