The problem with that is who does the "verifying" and what kind of verification is it.

Georgia has announced a recount. But does that mean that they will just recount the total ballots now that the fraudulent ones have been blended in with the legitimate ones? Then they announce that Biden had been "verified" as the winner?

Can't be complacent about anything here - especially the definitions, processes, and assumptions.
